BigCommerce
Install the BigCommerce app from the store you want Fortuna to sync.
BigCommerce should use the app-install lane first. Start the install from this page so Fortuna keeps the merchant context, approve the app in BigCommerce, and let the first sync finish before you leave setup.
BigCommerce steps
- Open the target store in BigCommerce Use the exact store you want Fortuna to sync before you start the install.
- Start the install from Fortuna Use the install button on this page so Fortuna keeps the merchant and onboarding context attached to the right account.
- Approve the app in BigCommerce Review the requested access in BigCommerce and continue with the same store still open.
- Return and let Fortuna sync After the callback, Fortuna links the store, configures the managed webhooks, and starts the first sync automatically.
Install the BigCommerce app
Use the live install link from this page when you are already in the merchant dashboard.
Open this page from the merchant dashboard so Fortuna can load the BigCommerce install path for the correct merchant.
Manual token fallback
Use this only if the BigCommerce app-install lane is unavailable for this workspace or support asked you to connect with store-level API credentials.
Before you submit
- Use the right store If the wrong BigCommerce store is open when the API account is created, Fortuna will connect the wrong store.
- Keep the scope narrow If BigCommerce offers optional permissions, keep the API account limited to the read scopes Fortuna needs for store, orders, and products.
- Reconnect here if the token changes If the API token is rotated later, return to this page and submit the new store hash and token pair again.
