Magento steps

Install the connector on the live store Use the Fortuna Magento connector package on the same store you want Fortuna to sync. Do not install it on staging and connect production, or the reverse.
Use the exact storefront URL Enter the public store URL customers use, such as https://store.example.com. Do not paste the Magento admin login URL.
Check the connector before approval Use the check button below if you want Fortuna to confirm that the connector is actually answering on that store before you jump into Magento Admin.
Start Magento approval from this page When Fortuna says the connector is ready, start the approval step here. Fortuna will redirect you into Magento Admin and finish the handoff there.

Use this form from the merchant account. Fortuna checks the connector on the exact store URL you enter, then starts the Magento approval handoff without routing you back through welcome.

Before you continue

Install first, connect second If the connector is not installed yet, Fortuna will stop on the health check and tell you to install it first.
Keep the same store identity all the way through The connector, storefront URL, and Magento approval all need to refer to the same live Magento store.
Stay on the Magento approval page until it finishes After the redirect, let Magento continue the connector flow in the same tab. If Magento asks you to log in first, Fortuna resumes on the connector page in the same browser after login. If Magento pauses there, use the continue action once.
