PrestaShop
Install the PrestaShop module on the store you want Fortuna to sync.
PrestaShop should start with the private Fortuna module. Download it from this page so the merchant context stays attached, install it on the correct store, paste the activation key there, and return while the first sync finishes.
PrestaShop steps
- Open the target PrestaShop store Use the exact store you want Fortuna to sync before you download or install the module.
- Download the Fortuna module from this page Start here so Fortuna keeps the merchant and onboarding context attached to the right account.
- Install the module and paste the activation key Finish the setup inside that same PrestaShop store without switching merchants midway through install.
- Return and let Fortuna sync After the module checks in, Fortuna links the store and starts the first sync automatically.
Download the PrestaShop module
Open this page from the merchant dashboard or welcome flow so Fortuna can attach the module download and activation key to the correct merchant.
Activation key
Reopen this page from the merchant dashboard if you still need the activation key before module setup continues.
Open this page from the merchant dashboard or welcome flow so Fortuna can load the module download and activation key for the correct merchant.
Manual Webservice fallback
Use this only if the private module path is unavailable on this workspace or support asked you to reconnect PrestaShop with Webservice credentials.
Before you submit fallback credentials
- Enable Webservice on the same store The key must come from the exact PrestaShop store Fortuna should sync.
- Grant only the reads Fortuna needs Keep the key scoped to shops, orders, products, and customers so the first sync can validate and import the store correctly.
- Run preflight before connect Fortuna checks the store URL, API path, and key before it saves the connection.
